Arrival
– Transfer has to be ordered in advance (minimum 2 hours before). But it is always better to book a transfer in advance (before a day, a week or earlier).
– To book a transfer, please, fill out the online booking form or call/text by phone to the next number +420774976700 – WhatsApp/Viber (every day from 8 a.m. till 10 p.m.).
– During an hour you will receive a message (WhatsApp/Viber/Email/SMS) with the booking confirmation.
– When you arriving to Prague, it is IMPORTANT to inform the existing flight number and estimated arrival time indicated on the ticket. Otherwise, the company cannot guarantee the availability of the car.
– According to the flight number of arrival that you indicate in your reservation, we will know the number of terminal and approximate time of your arrival (including delays). We are monitoring flights, so there are no additional charges for late arrivals or an earlier arrival of the aircraft. Also, there are no extra charge for the time that it is necessary for passport control and baggage claim.
– The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall with a nameplate.
– If in the arrival hall you did NOT see a driver with your “NAMEPLATE”, please contact us, you can use Viber/WhatsApp on number +420775159053. WiFi is FREE on the territory of the airport. All connection details you can find here.
– At the end of your trip, on your request, you will get a document confirming our service (a receipt).
Departure
– We always advise to our clients to plan their departure beforehand. So in case of unforeseen situations (traffic jams, etc.), they will arrive in the airport in time and will take off without stress.

– 30 min. before the arrival of our driver, you will receive a message (Whatsapp/Viber/SMS) from the driver with information that the driver is already on his way. The driver will wait for you at the agreed time, in the agreed place.
– At the end of your trip, on your request, you will get a document confirming our service (a receipt).
